Micromax has launched the Canvas Tab P650, the company’s first tablet in the Canvas series. It has a 8-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) multi-touch display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has 3G support via a SIM card slot and has voice calling capabilities.
The Micromax P650 comes with built in SIM slot with 3G support (including voice calling). This 8 inch tablet also houses a 2MP front camera and a 5MP rear auto focus camera. For connectivity there is Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth plus micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.

Micromax has also included few Canvas 4 features on Canvas Tab like, look away to pause, video pinning and pop-up browser. Micromax Canvas Tab also comes pre-loaded with Opera Mini, Spuul, Kingsoft Office, M!Live, M!Security, Music Hub and more.
The company has announced that the Micromax Canvas Tab P650 is now available in blue and white colour options in all major retail outlets in the country.
