Bihar State Electricity Board or BSEB was established by the Government of Bihar on 25th March 1958
for controlling the operations of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in the
state of Bihar in an efficient manner. Its head quarter is at Patna. It is a best organisation in
Bihar for the smooth functioning and development of state.

Application Fee :
Rs.100/- fee is to be paid by SC/ ST candidates.
All Others : Rs.400/-

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribe application format, and send it along
with attested photocopies of testimonials to the following address Bihar State Electricity Board,
Deptt of General Administration, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna- 800001, on or before 31.01.2012

Age: For Secondary School Teacher (22 to 37 years) and for Higher Secondary School Teacher
(24 to 37 years). There is relaxation in upper age limit in case of OBC/ BC/ SC/ ST/ BC Female
candidates of the state of Bihar.
